You should understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury.

 

If you engage in this exercise or exercise program, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Compass Fitness & Wellbeing from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of Compass Fitness & Wellbeing negligence. You are responsible for exercising within your limits.

 

If at any time you feel you are exercising beyond your current fitness abilities, or you feel discomfort, pain, dizziness, or nausea, you should discontinue exercising immediately. Compass Fitness & Wellbeing do not guarantee any exercise, health, weight loss or fitness results or improvements to users of Compass Fitness & Wellbeing

 

WARNING: Flashing lights may be used during Compass Fitness & Wellbeing classes to create atmosphere. If you suffer from any form of photosensitivity or light sensitivity epilepsy these classes may not be suitable for you. It is your responsibility to inform the Class Instructor of any health conditions you may have and your participatation in the class is at you own risk.
