COMBAT
Get ready to rise up to the challenge of this high-energy exercise class! Combining boxing techniques with HIIT style training, to improve cardio fitness, co-ordination and release stress. *Bring your own boxing gloves & pads to class.
CIRCUITS
A fun, full-body conditioning class involving consecutive series of timed exercises with varying amounts of rest between rounds. Designed to be easy to follow, target fat loss, muscle building, and increase heart-lung fitness!
BODY BLAST
Start your day the right way with this combined resistance training and cardio-charged class. In the state-of-art studio, we use a full variety of fitness kit including kettlebells, dumbbells, steps, battle-ropes, TRX and more to make each workout fun and functional!
LBT
Legs, Bums & Tums is a full-body aerobic, toning workout that will make you work up a sweat! Designed to target common problem areas and help you to build muscle and tone in the thighs, bum and stomach.
HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training is the perfect way to condense the benefits of activity into 30 minutes! With short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low-intensity recovery periods, HIIT is arguable the most time-efficient way to exercise and burn calories, challenging the full body and mind to get the most of out your workout!
STUDIO SPIN
Release the feel-good factor in this lively indoor cycling class that will recruits your whole body, not just your quads! Helping to build strength, endurance, and improve cardiovascular health, it is a low impact exercise that places less stress on your joints, which makes it ideal for older adults with knee or hip issues or those recovering from orthopaedic issues too.
WILDCARD
Putting the fun into fitness, this class keeps you guessing! Each week, an unpredictable selection of training is made; it could involve HIIT, LBT, core and more workouts! This variety of class choice will challenge the mind and body, so it never gets bored or adjusts too quickly to an exercise routine!
MIND, BODY, SOUL RELAXATION
Take time out for yourself in this gentle breathing and stretching class, which includes the Ancient Chinese Arts of Tai Chi "Meditation in Motion" and Chi Gong "Breathing Practice." Also Mindfulness of "being present in the moment" to relax the body and slow down busy minds, calming the nervous system, helping to lower blood pressure and heart rate and leaving you feeling fully relaxed and recharged.
