Harness the healing power of nature at the Compass Sole-to-Soul Wellbeing events.

 

Incorporating the Japanese practice of Forest Bathing (Shinrin Yoku), you will experience a simple relaxation method of being calm and quiet amongst the trees, mindfully observing nature around you, whilst bringing yourself into the moment with gentle breathing techniques.

 

Also enjoy a traditional tea ceremony during these events, to slow down the active mind and connect to others within the small group countryside setting.

 

When in nature, people may  experience a more positive mood and better cognitive function. Memory may improves, as does the ability to focus. Some people also experience a boost in creativity.
